Advanced training plan
Your first lessonTeaching the fundamentals of the game. Starting with basic baseball concepts (fielding triangle, banana turns running the bases, basically principles of grips with throwing, etc.) Biggest aspect is making it as fun as possible. Including wiffle ball and potential fun games to get to know the kids on a personal level.
Lesson 11+Including even higher level thinking and skill development.
Lesson 4-10A better understanding of the rules of the game rather than just fundamentals. Practice on learning strategy on a basic level and how to perform them the right way.
Lesson 2-3To build on what was taught in the previous session. Including more advanced aspects of the game each time and competition.
Youth players
Working with kidsMake it more fun on a personal level. Allow the kids to express their fun side but also teach them the importance of discipline.
Working with teenagersCreate a more serious dynamic where I am teaching the players to become better versions of themselves while preparing themselves for the next level if they desire it.
