About your baseball coach
Played Division 1 Baseball at Florida State and Troy University. Pitched for 5 years under some of the smartest minds baseball can offer. My approach to making you the best baseball player you can be involves hands on training, while also incorporating things that make you the most comfortable. Not every player is ever the same. I will not teach a cookie cutter mindset. All training programs will be tailored to you specifically.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonSit down and discuss what they are wanting out of this. Then a warmup to get the body ready. First lesson will be mainly to see how you currently move and then we will dive into things I believe need tweaked.
Lesson 11+These lessons are mainly going to be tune up lessons to ensure you are staying on the right track.
Lesson 4-10These lessons after the heavy fundamentals are to make sure you don’t resort back to your old ways. Keeping your fundamentals in tact.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons will lean heavily on getting you to where you ideally should be. Drills and other things to get you to where you need to be.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonSit down and discuss what you want. Focus on what you are currently doing and how we can adjust certain things as we see fit.

Lesson 4-10These lessons are mainly to maintain what we have changed and to ensure we aren’t moving off the path

Youth players
Working with kidsI put myself into a state when I was there age. Terms and drills will be to the level that they are at and nothing will be done to put stress on their arms.
Working with teenagersI try to introduce teenagers to higher level baseball terms and drills. This allows them to be trained like a college athlete so they are way ahead of the curve when the time comes.
