About your baseball coach
Since before I can remember, baseball has been part of my life. I have trained countless hours to be the best I can be. Now it's your turn. My goal is to coach what wasn't coached to me. To pass on knowledge and skill that can be used to benefit you not just now, but for years to come. Between my knowlege of the sport and my background in personal training, we can work to make you stronger and better.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonStart with almost like an interview.
Lots of questions followed by an assessment of fundamentals.
Batting and Defensive assessment
Defensive assessment is based on student's preference.
Lesson 11+Strength and conditioning focused while continuing to build on the foundations from the previous lessons.
Lesson 4-10Every lesson will start with the fundamentals.
Starting to do more correcting and as progression comes, allow them to be more independent to see if they are comprehending.
Lesson 2-3- Second lesson will be solely offensive to begin corrections and build a good foundation
- Third lesson will be solely defensive and focusing on basic fundamentals.
