Your first lessonAssess the athlete in various drills to see their level of performance and build out program from first assessment
Lesson 11+Continue working on the kinks and introducing more advanced movements depending on growth
Lesson 4-10Start to focus on movement and skills in the game and work out kinks in all aspects of the game
Lesson 2-3From assessment we go over fundamentals in a learn by doing way and having our bodies feel the motions we need to feel to be athletic in this game
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssess athlete and see physical, emotional, and mental aspects of their game and feel out their feeling for the game
Lesson 11+Hone in skills and tweak little kinks in athletes weak areas
Lesson 4-10Work on drills to have the athlete feel more comfortable with advanced movements
