About your baseball coach
I work with athletes of all levels, from middle school to professional. Creating individualized plans for every athlete with regard to their specific needs. I’m comfortable utilizing biomechanical data (Uplift AI), retestable performance metrics (Keiser, Plyomat, Force Plate, VBT), slow motion video analysis (Edgertronic), and all applicable baseball metrics (Trackman, Rapsodo, Hawkeye) to formulate specific plans with structured goals. Created full return-to-play programs for athletes recovering from UCL reconstruction. From day 1 of rehab, to first throw, to first bullpen, to getting drafted and signing a D1 letter of intent. Wrote code to compile all performance metrics with the goal of showing closest correlation to the outputs we want. Active communication with high school and college coaches, as well as professional scouts.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson is mostly an observation period for me to accurately gauge the athlete’s skill level and then create the most appropriate plan of attack moving forward.
Lesson 11+This is when (hopefully) the athlete has progressed from any previous flaws or bad habits and we can really push in-game performance. I like to think of myself as bumpers on a bowling alley, keep the athlete moving athletically and in the correct patterns and make sure they aren’t developing any bad habits.
Lesson 4-10Here we start blending the previously made changes into more game-like situations to be sure that they are carrying over to what actually matters (in-game performance)
Lesson 2-3Here we start to implement individualized drills to attack any changes that need to be made.

Youth players
Working with kidsThe goal is to implement any changes needed without the kid having to think too much. Put them in different constraints and have them achieve a goal instead of them having to think while they’re trying to do such an advanced skill.
Working with teenagersThe goal here is to determine the athlete’s skill level and where they are at on their journey. This is a developmental period and everyone develops at different times and rates.
