Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI first want to watch how they either swing or throw an go from there with making small changes or tweaks if necessary but while also making sure he or she is comfortable with the adjustments.
Lesson 4-10Introduce a more advanced movements once we have mastered the first adjustments.
Lesson 2-3We would go over what we were doing the first lesson and try to master one thing rather throwing a lot of feedback at once.
What you need to bringJust their baseball bag with their equipment.
What I can bringDepending if we are working on Hitting or Pitching. For pitching i have a lot of mechanical drills/ Equipment we use to sharpen throwing form. For hitting i bring a one hand bat which teaches top hand dominance and weighted bat to help with swing speed.
