Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy first lessons typically with anyone at any level is to run through receiving, blocking, and footwork/throwing progression to see what needs to be worked on. I will take this time to get to know the athlete as well and pick their brain to see what they want out these lessons as well. Depending on athletes age I will do machine for majority of my drills if possible.
