Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will be a lot of verbal communication & drill work. It takes some time before being able to get on the pitching mound and start throwing. We will build a foundation and work off of that from there.
Lesson 11+You can expect me to consistently bring new ideas and thoughts to you each week. Whatever it is you want help with am open to giving you any ideas I may have.
Lesson 4-10I will start to show and teach new pitch grips. We will continue to do drill work, but the pitching mound will be incorporated more giving more opportunities to get into a game like situation.
Lesson 2-3More throwing & advanced drill work. I will show you different ways we can approach your mechanics. The great thing about pitching is not everyone is the same. However, there are a few things that must need to happen in order to be at the next level.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

    About your baseball coach

    With over 15 years of playing experience, I bring a unique perspective to teaching lessons. I have had the ability to learn from a handful of different coaches within all levels of baseball. I started playing at a young age and continued until I was 26. I pitched 4 years at the University of Illinois and then signed a minor league contract with the San Francisco Giants.
