Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will simply play basketball and go through some drills to get a feel on what you already know, your potential in basketball and your possibilities position
Lesson 11+Each week will increase in the same areas as lessons prior
Lesson 4-10Each week will increase in the same areas as lesson 2-3
Lesson 2-3Break down of first lesson, skills drills based on level, and correction in different area on your skills (shooting, dribbling, footwork etc)
Youth players
Working with kidsI love working with kids, starting early is a plus, I have a lot of patience, been working with little kids for years.
Working with teenagersI currently coach at a high school so I’m very familiar with working with teenagers. I have lots of patience with them as well but in the same space I will challenge them to get better each and every time they step on the court
