Lesson 11+Remaining lessons become more personalized and goal-focused, helping the athlete refine skills, build confidence, and continue progressing long-term.
Lesson 4-10Lessons four through ten focus on strengthening fundamentals, improving coordination, and gradually increasing intensity with structured drills and skill development.
Lesson 2-3Lessons two and three build consistency with the basics through simple drills, repetition, and proper technique while continuing to build confidence.
