Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWork on the basics such as dribbling, passing, layups, offensive and defensive terminology and concepts.
Lesson 11+Lots of 1 on 1 focus both offensively and defensively.
Lesson 4-10Learning how to read the defense as well as more advanced offense skills such as floaters and in depth finishing concepts.
Lesson 2-3More skills focused which would involve shooting intervals as well as ball screen navigation.
