Your first lessonFirst, I wanna focus on what you want to work on in the lesson and ask questions about that goal.
Lesson 2-3After that, expect a training plan that will align with the first lessons goals and we will continue from there until we see progress!
Lesson 4-10We might start trying other excercise from there and working on other parts of your game that you would also like to work on.
Lesson 11+New training plans added every few weeks along with check ins to see how far everything has came along.
