Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGetting all of the fundamentals down. Begin to learn the basics of basketball and the forms/motions that come with it.
Lesson 11+All the drills we have worked on just more advanced drills
Lesson 4-10Shooting drills, attacking the basket drills, footwork drills, and working on spacing and where to be on the court. Going to work angles of which to attack and finishing at the rim. More advance ball handling drills and working into defensive drills
Lesson 2-3Working on ball handling and dribbling with both hands. Passing the ball with both hands and starting to get into the form of shooting
