Former Division 1 basketball player at the University of Vermont. Dedicated to developing athletes to better themselves on and off the court. My coaching emphasizes on the skill development of the fundamentals. While tailoring strategies and skills to each player's unique potential. I bring energy and enthusiasm to every workout. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet the know the player. Very basic skills (ball handling, Layups, Shooting)
Lesson 11+Advanced ball handling. Different Layups/floaters. Shooting off the move/dribble/catch.
Lesson 4-10Putting all of what the player has learned from previous session into one. Fast paced, getting the most out of the workout.
Lesson 2-3Focus on areas that need to be improved, while still working on areas that are further along
