About your basketball coach
My goal is to help you build a shot that is comfortable and consistent, a strong dribble that is difficult to guard, and everything else in between like passing, footwork, and iq. We will doing workouts that helped me get the college level that I've done for years. We will go from light drills that are about repetition, to some that are very intense 1on1 situations to build up your iq and footwork and strength. The main goal is to help you build a passion for getting better and wanting to achieve bigger goals.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst we will se what you can do and how you handle certain drills. We will start with shooting starting from the paint, all the way out to the 3pt line, then ball handling drills with 1 to 2 basketballs, and then some I game situation drills to see where the iq and footwork is at.
Lesson 11+At this stage, the repetition will be very high, intensity will be high, and so will your skills with the amount of work you've been putting in.
Lesson 4-10As you build your confidence with the current drills we do, I'll add in more complex drills that will make you think more and everything in between.
Lesson 2-3Now that we have an idea of where you're at, we'll start to get as much repetition in as much as we can, starting again with form shots for shooting and then into different drills for that. Then move into some more dribbling drills with multiple basketballs. And then near the end we will focus on more intense in game situtations.
