Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe’ll take this time to understand your goals, strengths, and where you’re at. It’s about building trust, setting the tone, and figuring out what’s needed moving forward
Lesson 11+You’ve come a long way. At this point, your foundation is solid, and now it’s time to level up. Expect more intensity, better control, and deeper focus. You’re not just learning anymore — you’re executing with purpose. Every session from here builds toward mastery.
Lesson 4-10Session 4: Building Confidence & Momentum By now, you’re getting more comfortable. Movements feel smoother, your mindset is shifting, and you’re starting to see what’s possible. We focus on tightening the basics, correcting form, and pushing just a little further — without overwhelming you. This is where growth starts to show.
Lesson 2-3With the foundation laid, we get to work. This is where we apply the plan, challenge limits, and start making real progress toward your goals.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThis is where I assess your current level with a sharp lens — your strengths, weaknesses, habits, and overall game. We’re not starting from scratch; we’re refining what’s already there. The goal is to identify gaps, tighten up details, and set the tone for high-level progress.
Lesson 11+Session 11: Polishing & Precision Now it’s about the smallest details. We slow things down to fine-tune mechanics, clean up footwork, tighten timing, and sharpen instincts. At this stage, we’re not building new tools we’re perfecting the ones you already have so they hit every time, under any condition.
Lesson 4-10Session 5: Skill Under Pressure We apply stress mental and physical. You’ll be pushed to perform with limited time, space, or control. Mistakes are welcome here, because that’s where precision is born. Session 6: Tactical Awareness Now we slow it down — not to rest, but to study. We break down reads, spacing, timing, and how to exploit situations. High-level players play smart and fast. Session 7: Efficiency Over Flash We tighten your game. No wasted movements, no extra steps. The goal is clean execution making the game look simple, even when it’s not. Session 8: Competitive Edge We bring in challenges. Live drills, simulated competition, or head to head matchups. It’s time to test everything we’ve built so far in real-time pressure. Session 9: Versatility Training You’re not one-dimensional. This session expands your toolkit — off-hand work, counter moves, different tempos, and situational adjustments. Session 10: Lock-In Mode By now, you’ve grown. This session is a reset and a charge up we isolate anything still holding you back and re-align everything to prep for full-on performance.
Lesson 2-3Now that the foundation is evaluated, we get specific. We attack the weak spots, sharpen the strong ones, and start introducing drills or systems tailored to your style. Everything is focused — no wasted reps. Session 3: Intensity & Efficiency We push the tempo. Movements get cleaner, decision-making gets quicker, and conditioning becomes part of the skill. It’s about execution under pressure and building habits that translate to real-game speed.
