Beginner training plan
Your first lessonExplain to them the game itself, cover basics of how to play the game.
Lesson 11+Refine all basics and the structural foundation of basics. Check progress and understanding. Sharpen skills that were taught from day one.
Lesson 4-10Students will see lots of repetition to grasp the basics of basketball. Being able to understand how to play and how to use basics learned and how it’s used in game. Slowly advancing into all areas of game. Defense, offense, etc.
Lesson 2-3Students can expected fundamental work, setting the foundation of stances, footwork, understanding the basics.
