Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDay 1
- Conditioning (15 minutes to 20 minutes)
- Dribbling Circuit (20 minutes)
- Form Shooting (10 minutes to 15 minutes)
- Footwork Circuit (10 minutes)
- Dribbling with finishing layup (10 minutes)
- Shooting Circuit (15 minutes)
- Conditioning with Free Throws (10 minutes to 12 minutes)
Lesson 2-3Day 2 will look like Day 1 with shorter times on drills that were more advanced than others. Also, the following drills will be added:
- Pull Up shooting Circuit (10 minutes)
- Layup Circuit (10 minutes)
