Beginner training plan
Your first lessonone free week trial
1 1/2 Hour trial period session will consist of:
get to know Coach D
form shooting
basic stationary dribbling
basketball IQ tests
long distance cardio+stretching
Lesson 11+Skill Refinery based on progress made
Advancement and Reflection: if member Upgrades to regular costumer, they are required to keep a notebook (provided in membership) and write down logs of success/struggles with training.
Lesson 4-10Timed Drills and Reps:
on a basketball +/- scale each independent skill will be tested and repped in order to log and measure progress
Lesson 2-3Sessions will be tailored to varying skill deficiency; based off of week trial:
off ball motion shooting (cuts, advantage creating adjustments on the ball)
footwork+advanced dribbling
