Your first lessonFirst lesson we’ll take a dive into the game itself and understanding the fundamentals of the game.
Lesson 11+Zone in but not limit our skills that can be affective during live play and work on how to get to our spots.
Lesson 4-10Keep practicing our basic skills and also understand the importance of team play and spacing.
