Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI ask them what their experience level is, and then we will proceed with a game of "around the world" basketball.
Lesson 11+for the remaining lessons we will do drills on highlighted areas and play a game of 1 on 1 until skills are sharpened in these highlighted areas
Lesson 4-10I will highlight the areas that need work, and we will then do basketball drills
Lesson 2-3We will then play a game of 1 on 1 so I can get a feel for how they move around the court.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe will start with shooting around, or taking shots from different parts of the court
Lesson 11+we will then play a game to 32
Lesson 4-10we will then highlight areas that need improvement and do drills and/or exercises to improve these areas
Lesson 2-3we will then play a game of 21
