Dennis did a really good job in teaching me the basics of basketball. I am now able to shoot the ball smoothly like a giraffe posing.
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI approach the first lesson with an introduction and warm ups.
We work on running drills, jumping jacks, to get their blood flowing.
We then will work on defensive stance and moving to defend the ball.
We then move on to easy dribbling drills.
Lesson 11+Remaining of the lessons will have the student work on their shot and shot technique.
Will have variations of the pass into shot, etc.
Lesson 4-10By this time we will have the student learn how to pass the ball using chest pass, bounce pass, one hand pass, etc.
Lesson 2-3We still work on dribbling drills, such as crossover, through the legs and walking/running up and down the court while dribbling.

What I can bringBasketball, cones, basketball pump, first aid kit, Gatorade/water.
