Your first lessonFor beginners I would start with dribbling drills that teach them the fundamentals and mechanics of dribbling a basketball.
You can not do anything on the basketball court if you can not dribble.
Lesson 11+Attacking the weaknesses in a players game, whether it be footwork, speed, agility, or dribbling and shooting. The weakness and bad habits must be addressed.
Lesson 4-10Combing both shooting and dribbling, along with getting into teaching defensive movement and techniques.
Lesson 2-3Getting more in depth with movement while dribbling, footwork whole dribbling and introduction to shooting the basketball.
