Your first lessonWe would go over the basics of basketball going over the main aspects of the game. Dribbling, shooting,passing,rebounding, and defense. With the basic fundamentals I love around the world working on our shot form, dribble wall taps working on both dribbling hands
What you need to bringJust need a pair of shoes and some water and we will get to work
What I can bringI have all types of training aids for basketball and access to an indoor court. Some training aids I have include cones, tackle dummies, stand up d-man, basketballs of course, different types of training balls for dribbling light weight and heavy weight.
