Your first trainingStart with fundamental elements of catching the ball, triple threat ball handling, and fundamentals of shooting
Training 2-3I believe in consistency so we will work out of some of the same fundamental elements. Each time we come and work with them on increasing their pace as time progresses.
Training 4-10Working on the same fundamental elements along with moving without the ball and an increase communication on the IQ elements of the game offensively and
Training 11+The student can expect to continue to grow in their ability their knowledge and understanding of the game while having a concentration on their skilled development, scoring ability on all three levels as well as agility, speed and conditioning and working on asking questions to verify their knowledge
