Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe start with getting you to love the game. Basic fundamentals will need focused on along with some fun shooting games at the end.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe gauge what skills you want to focus on and set up a day plan. Some conditioning shooting drills and then immediately work on weaknesses while tired. Free throws in between and lastly a an intense rep of a game time situation drill.
What you need to bringJust bring yourself and a good attitude!
