I’m a friendly and passionate basketball and soccer coach with eight years of experience working with players of all ages. I love creating a positive, encouraging environment where athletes feel supported, confident, and excited to learn. My training focuses on building strong fundamentals, smart decision making, and a real love for the game. Beginner training plan
Your first lesson-Teach warm-up routine and safety expectations -Introduce basics: stance, balance, and athletic posture -Simple ball-handling to check coordination -Focus on comfort, confidence, and getting to know their skill level
Lesson 11+(Skill-Level Based) -Training becomes personalized based on athlete progression -If progressing fast focus on advanced ball-handling, game reads, shooting on the move, and competitive finishing -If needing fundamentals focus on footwork, form shooting, finishing angles, and defensive basics -If ready for game concepts introduce spacing, timing, pick-and-roll reads, transition decisions, and controlled scrimmages
Lesson 4-10-Add dribble change moves such as crossover, in and out, hesitation -Improve shooting consistency and mechanics -Finishing variations including inside hand, outside hand, and two foot finishes -Defensive closeouts and positioning -Basic spacing and controlled 1-on-1 situations -Conditioning using basketball skill-based drills
