Beginner training plan
Your first lessonAssessing Skills - this is about getting to know one another and assessing the skills. Will go through several drills to get an idea of where you are at as a player so I can tailor the rest of the workouts.
Lesson 11+This is now the point where you get better - we come in each day with a goal to reach and by the time your season starts you will have improved drastically
Lesson 4-10This is where it ramps up - we really start to focus on the specifics of your game to get better. Give you some at home drills to do as well.
Lesson 2-3These lessons are building in to the next phase of training - getting used to the pace, the type of drills and how we will get you better on the court.
What you need to bringStudents will need to bring their own basketball and basketball shoes and water if needed.
