Your first lessonGet to know each other better and find out what they are trying to accomplish in the sport . How long have they been playing the sport? What have they been doing training wise and what do they want to continue to do and not do ? Be open minded to their ideas and opinions and ways of training. Explain the way I train people and suggest it to the participants. Come to a common ground regarding the way the lesson is going to happen .

Wear basketball shorts and something light weight for your top . I suggest top and bottom should be polyester fabric . You can bring your own basketball and other equipment that you might think will help you get better at the sport .
