About your basketball coach
My name is Isaiah and I am a freshman college student at Cal State University Dominguez Hills. I have been playing basketball for many years now and I will be playing college basketball next season at my school. I want to share my passion for basketball to young athletes like my self and help them develop as basketball players.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson we’re focusing mainly on foot work and the basics.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11+ we’re focusing on aspects in our game that can help develop the student as a better player.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 we’re expecting focus on mainly dribbling and passing.
Lesson 2-3Second through third lesson we’re adding on conditioning and shot mechanics.
What you need to bringStudents should bring their own basketball shoes, basketball attire, and water. Students may bring their own basketball.
What I can bringBasketballs, cones, and resistance bands are available for the students.
