Training 2-3Defense: Stance, footwork, sliding, closeouts, and communication
• Conditioning: Agility ladder, cone drills, suicides, jump rope, and short sprints
Training 4-10Dribbling: Control, crossover, hesitation, behind-the-back, weak-hand drills
Training 11+ Passing: Chest, bounce, overhead, outlet, and passing on the move
• Shooting: BEEF principles (Balance, Eyes, Elbow, Follow-through), layups (both hands), form shooting
