Youth players
Working with kidsWorking with kids is purely about introducing them to the fundamentals and helping them build the base of their game. It is also about helping them find joy in basketball and learn to have fun with the game, and less about worrying about their performance, unless they are a very serious player
Working with teenagersWorking with older kids is more about showing them what it actually takes to get to the level of their goals. They will probably only workout with me once every week or so, so it’s important that my workout with them helps show them what it actually takes to perform at the level they want to perform at.
