The lesson was pretty fun, and I’m still noticing some progress especially in my ball handling and driving. Though I need to work more on shooting, I’m optimistic about what I can improve with Jeremiah’s guidance. Still, I think focusing a bit more on those areas could really help me next time. If you’re looking for a trainer who keeps it real while helping you learn, Jeremiah’s worth trying out.

The lesson with Jeremiah is really helpful, especially since I liked the detailed breakdown of each workouts we do.If you’re serious about making progress, taking a lesson with coach j is worth it.

Training with Coach Jeremiah has been next-level. He really breaks the game down so it’s easy to understand while pushing me to get better every session. I can see my skills improving, my decision-making on the court is sharper, and I feel more confident during games. Coach keeps it challenging but also fun, which makes me excited to keep coming back and keep growing as a player.

Training here has completely changed how I see the game. The drills are challenging but really effective, and I can feel my skills improving every weekβ€”my handles, shooting, and decision-making on the court are sharper. The sessions push me to work hard but also teach me why each drill matters, not just how to do it. It’s helped me gain confidence and a better understanding of game situations.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen I work with kids, I focus on keeping things simple, fun, and structured. I make sure every drill has a clear purpose, but I also keep the energy high so they enjoy learning the game. At the same time, I teach discipline β€” showing them how to listen, work hard, and respect the game β€” because those habits carry over both on and off the court. My goal is for kids to leave each session with a smile on their face and a little more confidence in their skills.

Working with teenagersWhen I work with teenagers, I balance discipline, challenge, and confidence-building. I keep drills simple enough to understand but competitive enough to push them outside their comfort zone. I stress accountability β€” showing up on time, giving full effort, and paying attention to detail β€” while still making training fun so they stay engaged. My goal is to prepare them for the next level by teaching both the skills and the mindset it takes to compete.

What you need to bringAthletic Shoes – basketball sneakers with good traction. Water Bottle – hydration is key. Towel – for sweat and grip. Notebook & Pen – to jot down drills, feedback, and goals (this makes you stand out as a coach). Workout Gear – shorts, T-shirt, compression wear if they use it. Positive Attitude & Effort – come ready to learn, work, and get better.

What I can bringBasketballs – at least 2–3 good ones, in case a player forgets or the ball isn’t usable. Cones / Markers – for footwork, dribbling, and agility drills. Resistance Bands – great for warm-ups, injury prevention, and adding variety. Agility Ladder / Jump Rope – for foot speed and conditioning.
