Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWith fundamentals. Doing drills that involve dribbling, passing, and shooting
Lesson 11+Once I see those skills are mastered these lessons will become more advanced. I will still repeat the fundamentals as those skills should always be used.
Lesson 4-10These lessons are a repeat of every thing else making sure the athlete masters the fundamentals of the game.
Lesson 2-3Then we move onto drills that involve jump stops, pivots and defense.
