Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be and evaluation process of the athletes skill level.
Lesson 11+Begin pushing the envelope on the skills that we have been working on through out the previous sessions.
Lesson 4-10Continue building confidence in the areas that are not considered strengths for the athlete.
Lesson 2-3Lessons going forward will be focus on the athletes needs. Turning weaknesses into strengths.
