Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI like to understand there goals with the sport and what they want to accomplish, then we start off with fundamental, unless prior to experience we talk about what skill they want to get better on
Lesson 11+There be a higher intense of training along with their experience and expectations being raised higher
Lesson 4-10A lot more competitive training, adding real game scenarios to the training
Lesson 2-3Adding more repetition to there training adding more endurance and fun to the training.
