Lesson 4-10Fundamentals are important! Expect us to go through them in every lesson.
Lesson 2-3Every lesson will start with a dynamic warm up, designed to not only to warm up for the days lesson- but improve athletic abilities over time such as agility and leaping ability.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAs with beginners, we will go through a few drills to assess current abilities and areas with room for improvement. We all can improve!
Lesson 2-3Fundamentals are key to skill improvement and acquisition. We will hone in on them every time we are together. With that said, we will progress to increasing difficulty of fundamental drills and even do advanced drills over time keeping in mind that fundamentals are the foundation for success.
Youth players
Working with teenagersI have years of experience working with teenagers. I do my best to provide players with an environment where they are encouraged to be confident, thus improving a lot over time and having a lot of fun while doing it!
