Working with kidsFocusing on fun and fundamentals at this age it’s important to create an environment where players can learn basic skills like dribbling, shooting, and passing while having fun. Praise effort over results and positive encouragement to provide small goals to work towards. Builds confidence and helps them stay motivated.

Working with teenagersAccountability & Self-Discipline - help them set personal goals and hold them accountable for progress - stressing the importance of consistency and discipline in work ethic. Mental toughness and & handling pressure - staying focused in high pressure situations, and being able to bounce back from mistakes on the court. Helps them develop resilience needed for competitive play.
