Beginner training plan
Your first lessonJust getting down simple basic Basketball things introduced them to the sport and go down to the basics from there
Lesson 11+Now it’s just now about developing and working toward becoming a better basketball player, using all the lessons from one through 11 to accelerate their basketball journey
Lesson 4-10Four through 10 lessons is just about improving those skills and an added new things and improving those skills as well. Just continuing the staff days and stack lessons one day ahead and another. We get into most likely start practicing game moves that they could use when playing.
Lesson 2-3Second session we get up the difficulty a little bit, depending on how they’re progressing a lot of it also depends on what they do outside of the training session, but if the progress progression is where I like to see it, we can move up and difficulty and other aspects of the game
