Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI like to test the knowledge of the player first. Day 1 will be a small 10 minute test followed by a small lesson in a concept/technique where I believe the most improvement should be made.
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons will again focus on repetition of techniques, and expansion of those techniques into real game concepts and scenarios.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will be filled with repetition, shooting and dribbling development as well as in game scenarios and counters.
Lesson 2-3The second lesson will consist of fundamental reps, with the addition of a second or third technique/concept depending on the players development.
