Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe First lesson will be going through basic drill to see where the playing level is. Also to get a sense of what strengths and weaknesses are. From there we can set a program for how ti proceed.
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons will be continuing to add on to the previously learned skills while also learning new things taught in upper levels of ply such as college and professional levels
Lesson 4-10Lessons for through 10 will be picking up the pace for skill development. Using each drill in various speeds and paces. While envisioning game like situations. Improving and build confidence is very important in these stages.
Lesson 2-32-3 lessons are to implement the drills and establish routine and basic fundamentals (if needed).
Youth players
Working with kidsI can adapt my workout plans for youth kids to keep them engaged and make it fun. While also teaching them the fundamentals.
Working with teenagersTeenagers will be taught based of of the skill level that has been evaluated from the beginning lesson. Lesson plans can be tailored depending on skill level.
