Beginner training plan
Your first training1st lesson will consist of the basics. Dribbling, layups, and shooting.
Training 2-3Second and third lesson will consist of pretty much the same as the 1st. Getting a feel for the game.
Training 4-10As players get more comfortable we will expand deeper into more advanced drills.
Training 11+At this stage a player will learn what their strengths and weaknesses are. We will do different drills to cater to those.
Advanced training plan

Training 4-10We will expand into many different drills. We will simulate in game scenarios. We will emphasize certain areas of one’s game.
Training 11+Same as previous lessons but will incorporate new drills.
What you need to bringBring ball shoes, beverage of choice (water will be available). Basketball (if preferred).
