Beginner training plan
Your first lessonA beginners first lesson would be to learn the fundamentals of basketball. Learning every aspect of the game.
Lesson 11+A beginner would expect to do a routine workout that will be put together with all the workouts we’ve been training before.
Lesson 4-10During this time they would expect to do combo drills meaning you would do ball handling with shooting or with lay ups. Also being able to move your feet side to side on defense.
Lesson 2-3Around this time they would expect to do defensive drills, shooting drills, and ball handling drills. Also learning how to make lay ups on both sides of the rim.
