For two decades, I've cultivated basketball, volleyball and soccer skills in players of all levels. With a Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration and collegiate athletic experience I am confident I will be building confidence, and instilling a lifelong love for the game for athletes of all ages. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBasic beginner warm up.
Dynamic exercises.
Static and stationary exercises.
Fundamental ball control and foundational movements again sports specific.
Lesson 11+Student should move freely through warm up/ stations and work out. Able to adjust and adapt to direction.
Lesson 4-10More information and foundational knowledge about the sport, drills and activities tailored to the athlete ability and position in the sport.
Lesson 2-3Repetition is key, I believe in scaffolding and addition to building the confidence of the athlete, skills will be added over time as the athlete develops.
