We do a lot of game like situations and things that i apply in a game a lot. I’m a freshman starting on varsity and a big part of it is the things i learn and worked on with Koa. Defense stuff, pick and roll, details and footwork. My confidence is growing and I’m happy with the work we’ve done so far

We played a lot of 1v1 and a lot of detailed work stuff, and reps. I got shifty, and I started scoring more in real games in only a couple sessions. Coach is pretty chill and understands the game and helped me grow as a player and person

Example Session Outline (60 min):
10 min: Dynamic warm-up + footwork ladder
10 min: Stationary ball handling (pound dribble, crossover, figure 8s)
10 min: Layup technique off both legs
10 min: Triple threat footwork + jab steps
10 min: Form shooting (1-hand, close-range reps)
10 min: Fun game or drill (like dribble knockout or defensive mirror)
