I wanted my little brother to understand what it looks like to have correct form and play against the big boys. After about the 3rd lesson, he was already being noticed more by coaches and was able to be more aggressive on the court while still managing his emotions and being a good sport.
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI start from the very basics and fundamentals of the game of basketball. This is the foundation to set up your skills and knowledge and how to apply them in a game setting.
Lesson 11+To improve every aspect of their game as a whole. Taking their strengths and making them confident about them while also improving all of their weaknesses.
Lesson 4-10Through these lesssons, we will be translating all the skills and knowledge that the player has gained and applying them to game situations and pace.
Lesson 2-3By lessons 2-3, we will be working on mastering skills such as layups, dribbling, and passing.
