Lesson 11+Doing skill specific drills, conditioning, shooting, dribbling, agility, communication, rules of the game. Watching game film of player to learn and fix things
Lesson 4-10Work on skill specific drills based on position. We will also learn to score through contact. We will also work on conditioning and agility.
