Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe would start with the basics learning how to make layups with proper footwork and angles to use the backboard.
Lesson 11+Then we would work on our three point shot along with learning how to read pick and roll coverages and how to come of screens to score.
Lesson 4-10We would then do dribbling drills and how to get into our shot with different reads you would see in games.
Lesson 2-3Then we’d work on shooting getting our form and working on your catch and shoot midrange game.
