About your basketball coach
For over a decade, I have been playing basketball across the world, playing in countries such as Mexico, Spain, Italy, and many more. I am originally from Brazil, and this is where I began my basketball journey. I played D1 basketball in college for all four years and also worked with the youth during this time, coaching and mentoring them through various basketball summer camps. I have tons of necessary basketball experience with skill building, drills, conditioning, and game play at a near professional level, but also with character building and personal growth. I can also assist with workouts and personal training in order to build the required muscles and endurance needed to be the best player possible. Basketball is my true passion and I love coaching, so I cannot wait to get started!

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonExplain the fundamentals of the game and rules necessary to play. Learning basics and assessing individual knowledge/skill.
Lesson 11+More drills, game play, conditioning, and skill building, with a higher level of intensity, but always following individual progress to make sure they master their craft. Focusing on improvement of individual’s needs.
Lesson 4-10Drills and conditioning that will put an emphasis on ball handling, effective passing and finishing, and adding more details to master the fundamentals. Focusing on weaknesses and how to improve individual skills.
Lesson 2-3Fundamentals of the game such as dribbling, passing and shooting. Practicing various skills.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonAssessment of the player’s skill level and various training needs to build an appropriate and customized training plan.
Lesson 11+Continuation of necessary conditioning, drills, and assessment of individual needs. 1 on 1 play and defensive drills. Personalized skill building (shooting, offensive plays, defense, ball handling, endurance building etc).
Lesson 4-10More drills, game play, conditioning, and skill building, with a higher level of intensity, but always following individual progress. Focusing on improvement of individual’s needs.

Working with kidsI always make sure that I am teaching kids in a fun way, but also helping them to truly understand the game. I am always adapting my lessons to their learning speed, knowledge, and attention span.
Working with teenagersWhen working with teens, I provide a more straight forward approach to improving their skills. I follow their lead and assess their needs with each and every lesson.
