Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will learn the basics of shooting and ball handling through various drills as well as making layups
Lesson 11+We will continue combination drills of shooting and dribbling and i will begin to break down how to read a defense as you are making your attack
Lesson 4-10We will beging combinations drills involving downhill attacks, combo dribbling drills and combination shooting drills
Lesson 2-3Continue to work on shooting dribbling and layups and begin to work on footwork through the ladder drills
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonCombination drills and cone work to improve dribble moves and consistency
Lesson 4-10Fine tune your skills and shot with live srills against a live defender
Lesson 2-3Fine tune deibble moves and cone drills while making the proper reads
Youth players
Working with kidsMy lessons for children will be simplified to their specific basketball abilities. Simple ball handling and triple threat practice mixed with games to make the drills fun for children
Working with teenagersMore live action drills that will enhance the ability of the teenager to grow them into the basketball player they strive to be
